Herzlichen Glückwunsch !

Ich freue mich über Dein Glück und finde es toll, dass Du auch während Deiner Schwangerschaft körperlich aktiv bleiben möchtest.

Vermutlich entstehen Dir gerade viele Fragen:

Welche Pilates Übungen sind nicht in der Schwangerschaft zu empfehlen?
Darf ich als Schwangere überhaupt PILATES machen?
Darf ich Bauchmuskelübungen machen?
Darf ich noch auf dem Bauch liegen?
Ist es überhaupt ratsam PILATES während der Schwangerschaft zu machen?

Für alle diese Fragen habe ich Dir Antworten in Form einer Checkliste zusammen gefasst.

Ganz ein wichtiges Thema! Überhaupt gibt es viele Dinge, um die sich Schwangere rechtzeitig kümmern und über die sie sich informieren müssen. Das kann ganz schön anstrengend sein. Als kleine Hilfestellung gibt es auf meiner Webseite eine umfangreiche Checkliste, was es alles zu wissen und zu erledigen gibt.
